Account Manager Piping Systems

For our Sales Team in the Professional Business branche in the Benelux market we are looking for a commercial talent in the position of:

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER PIPING SYSTEMS

 

The Position

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customers’ accounts with the business and the point of contact to provide customer support, upselling, technical assistance and general relationship management in order to reach the sales and profit targets as defined in the yearly sales plan.

 

Key responsibilities

-          Reach sales and profit targets for designated business area

-          Acquire new business partners in wholesale

-          Manage the complete cycle of sales and after sales

-          Customer support for current and new business

-          Manage long term relationships with customers and prospects

-          Synchronise closely with the sales, sales-support and marketing teams

-          Collecting market trend and competitor information

-          Synchronise relevant information with product management and technical support

 

Requirements

-          Professional educational background

-          Commercial and technical affinity

-          At least 3 years of sales experience in professional sales channels like Piping Industry (Pool, Agriculture, Construction, Infra), professional Plumbing Piping and Installation or Building Industry

-          Proven track record in lasting customer relations

-          Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

-          Dutch native speaker and fluent in English and preferably German or French

-          Self-starter and initiator

-          Result oriented

-          Flexible

-          Willing to travel frequently

-          Preferably living in the south of the Netherlands
